5 Part Basic Asian Cookery Course

Asian cookery classes have been a popular addition to our list of classes at Chefs Warehouse. We held 2 Asian Street Food classes in the last few weeks! Last year, our Around the World course boasted a few Asian classes and those filled up very quickly.

This year, we will be hosting a 5 Part Basic Asian Cookery Course. This course will cover all aspects of Asian cooking, from ingredients to the different styles of cooking and countries. This course is not to be missed. Having spent many years in Australia, Liam is well versed in Asian cuisine, it being a strong influence in that country. His dishes often have an Asian twist, never mind that some of his signature dishes are of Asian origin.

Dates are as follows:

Saturday 11th  and 25th May, 8th and 22nd June and 6th July.

Classes are from 10am to 1.30pm. R450 per class per person.
