They incorporate beautifully coloured fruit and a maple dressing that sound simply heavenly. Use them as mains or to accompany flanks of crisp asian-spiced pork or languidly braised lamb shoulder for a winter meal that bursting with colour and flavour.
Maple Lime dressing
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
The juice of one whole lime ( more if the lime is not juicy!)
