Asian cooking is often met with hesitation because of the different & exotic flavours & ingredients. Having worked in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore & Australia, Liam’s repertoire of Asian cooking is extensive & innovative.

Liam will demonstrate how simple this cuisine is with various dishes such as Singapore Chicken & Peking Duck. Participants will taste all the dishes demonstrated with wines to match and take home comprehensive recipes and notes.
