CLASS OVERVIEW
A course held over five evenings which aims to show you how to put a quick meal together and make entertaining easier.
Each class will demonstrate two menus of three courses with a range of various topics and themes.
Liam will guide participants in menu planning, shopping, cooking ahead, larder planning and snacks.
The emphasis is on fast, easy and simple dishes such as gnocchi, canned tuna, tapas, the perfect risotto and chocolate soufflé to name a few.
Simple sauces, quick soups, seafood dishes, pastas and desserts will be demonstrated.
Friends and guests will marvel at your newfound cooking skills and ideas.
