Join Liam as he serves up a fantastic French feast.

French cooking has contributed greatly to Western cuisine, and is widely used in Western cookery schools. French cooking uses fewer spices and is more liberal in the use of herbs and creamy ingredients. Cheese and wine are a major part of the cuisine.

Classic French dishes include: Bouillabaise, Duck Confit, Coq au Vin, Cassoulet and Madeleines to name a few. Liam will be serving 3 courses, come join us to see what he will be cooking up.
