CLASS OVERVIEW

A course held over five mornings which aims to show you how to put a quick meal together for friends. Each class will demonstrate a variety of topics & themes from a canapé party to your next braai. Liam will guide participants in menu planning, shopping, cooking ahead, larder planning and snacks. The emphasis is on fast, easy and simple dishes.

First class
Canapés & Frivolities
A selection of savory Canapés & petit fours

Second class
Classical beef dishes steak au poivre, beef stroganoff, classic beef and bone marrow burger, beef Wellington, steak and kidney pie

Third class
How to make the perfect... mushroom soup, lobster salad, sole meuinere, Roast chicken & bread sauce, lemon tart

Fourth class
Cured, salted, marinated and potted classic gravadlax, veal and bacon terrine, potted shrimp, brandade, salted belly of pork

Fifth class
Six simple vegetarian dishes
