We are cooking! After a short break, we are back in the swing of it, albeit with a slight holiday spirit.

New year, new start and new classes. We always look forward to the classes we hold at Chefs Warehouse. It means we have lots of people coming in, some familiar faces and some new. This year we have some new classes, and will be introducing more as the year progresses. See the latest list below:

Saturday 26th January Around the World: Middle East R450, 10am to 1.30pm
Tuesday 29th January Basic Dessert Course Part 5 R650, 6pm to 9pm
Saturday 2nd February Asian Street Food R450, 10am to 1.30pm
In February, the 15 Part Basic Techniques and Methods of Cookery Course commences. This course will be held every second Saturday starting 9th February from 10am to 1.30pm. The full course is R9000 and covers all the classes that made up the 20 Part version held previously.
