In November, Liam, in conjunction with NB Publishers, launched “Lessons with Liam” at Chefs Warehouse. The launch took place over 2 days, with customers, media, friends and family joining in the celebration, with dishes from the book being served with wines from Leopards Leap.
Pete Goffe-Wood, the guest speaker, regaled guests with anecdotes from his experience working with Liam. Photographer Russell Smith, with whom Liam collaborated on “Lessons with Liam”, joined in the fun with friendly banter much to the delight of the guests assembled.
