SOUS CHEF:

As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to influence the kitchen’s direction while working under the guidance of our head chef.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with kitchen operations, menu creation, staff training

  • Ensuring the consistent delivery of dishes at the highest standard.

What we’re looking for:

  • A passion for exploring and creating new dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

  • A self-starter with leadership potential, able to inspire, manage and motivate others.

  • Strong communication skills and an eagerness to collaborate within the team.

  • Attention to detail and ability to run both kitchens

  • Knowledge of different cuisines and working in a fast paced environment

CHEF DE PARTIE:

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 year solid experience as a Chef de Partie

  • Ability to work under pressure and with little to no supervision

  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation
