SOUS CHEF:
As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to influence the kitchen’s direction while working under the guidance of our head chef.
Key responsibilities:
Assisting with kitchen operations, menu creation, staff training
Ensuring the consistent delivery of dishes at the highest standard.
What we’re looking for:
A passion for exploring and creating new dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
A self-starter with leadership potential, able to inspire, manage and motivate others.
Strong communication skills and an eagerness to collaborate within the team.
Attention to detail and ability to run both kitchens
Knowledge of different cuisines and working in a fast paced environment
CHEF DE PARTIE:
Requirements:
2 - 4 year solid experience as a Chef de Partie
Ability to work under pressure and with little to no supervision
Excellent attention to detail and presentation
